About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Legal Operations to drive operational excellence within its Law Department. The role focuses on managing legal technology platforms, supporting user administration, and delivering training programs to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer site membership, access controls, and lifecycle actions in line with governance standards.
• Coordinate recurring file uploads and maintain alignment with operational processes.
• Configure site settings, dashboards, and workflows to support legal automation initiatives.
• Support authentication via Microsoft Entra SSO and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Track key performance indicators and generate stakeholder reports.
• Manage backlog of site improvements, integrate APIs, and collaborate with developers for safe deployments.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for legal technology tools.
• Monitor training participation, assess effectiveness, and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive change and adoption across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with workflow systems such as HighQ or similar SaaS applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
