Personal Injury Case Manager / Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

The Hatton Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager/Coordinator to join its remote team. You will support case progression, manage medical records, and ensure timely communication with clients and providers while working from Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Support the case management team with daily case handling activities.
• Review files for missing information and follow up as needed.
• Request, track, and organize medical and billing records.
• Coordinate with medical providers and treatment facilities.
• Maintain accurate case notes and update case information in the management system.
• Upload and organize documents, perform data entry, audits, and verification.
• Monitor deadlines, maintain case trackers, and assist with case progression.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and team members.
• Perform additional administrative and case support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a personal injury law firm preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
