Bilingual Litigation Attorney – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

The Cintron Firm LLC, a New Jersey law firm, seeks a bilingual litigation attorney to work remotely supporting civil litigation matters for U.S. clients. The position is full‑time, long‑term, and intended for a licensed Colombian attorney who can operate during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and document productions.
• Review, organize, and maintain client documents and electronic case files.
• Prepare exhibit lists, litigation binders, case summaries, and chronologies.
• Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and video conference; conduct discovery conferences.
• Track litigation deadlines, assist with case management, and support trial preparation.
• Perform additional litigation support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Colombia.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience (preferred).
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Strong legal writing, proofreading, and client communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
