Video Editor – Paid Social Content

About the role

We are seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, platform‑native videos that drive performance on paid social channels. Working closely with the Paid Social team, you will create on‑brand, conversion‑focused content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high‑quality video content optimized for paid social across multiple platforms.
• Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage, applying transitions, color grading, sound design and motion graphics.
• Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent‑viewing formats.
• Maintain organized production files and video asset libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and incorporate them into fresh, effective content.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• 2+ years of video editing experience for brands on social platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing range and creative judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with short‑form and long‑form content specifications.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (expert level).
• Adobe After Effects (expert level).
• Adobe Photoshop (plus).
• Motion graphics creation.
• Knowledge of codecs, export settings and platform optimization.
• Notion, Slack and GSuite for collaboration.
• Loom for asynchronous communication (optional).
