Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare project updates and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and stay proactive.
