Account Manager – Remote LATAM Performance Marketing

About the role

The agency is looking for a remote Account Manager to own day‑to‑day partner success for universities and nonprofit organizations across LATAM. You will act as the primary contact, keeping campaigns on track, deliverables aligned, and performance moving in the right direction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Run structured partner check‑ins, capture alignment notes, and follow up on action items.
• Translate partner needs into detailed internal briefs and maintain records of scope, deliverables, and status.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution, monitoring timelines, quality, and budget pacing.
• Monitor paid‑media performance, generate reports, and surface insights for smarter decisions.
• Identify retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities and support proposal development with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding, new‑business support, and invoicing follow‑up as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable managing complex workflows and multi‑stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Experience using Asana or similar project‑management tools.
