After-Sales Service Engineer (Bogota)

About the role

We are looking for an After‑Sales Service Engineer to join our authorized service centre in Bogota. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and testing mobile phones, tablets and other consumer electronic devices while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, replace parts and test mobile phones, tablets and related devices.
• Follow established repair standards to maintain quality and safety.
• Complete system tasks such as work orders, repair records and spare‑parts requests.
• Manage store inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment.
• Receive after‑sales customers, track repair progress and provide proactive status updates.
• Handle basic complaints, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
• Support store KPIs including turnaround time, customer satisfaction and first‑time‑fix rate.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher in electronics, communications or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience repairing consumer electronics.
• Basic circuit knowledge and familiarity with common repair tools.
• Strong independent fault‑analysis ability and good service awareness.
• Ability to work shifts and holidays, with two days off per week (not necessarily weekends).
• Experience in a brand‑authorized service centre is a plus.
