AI‑Powered Graphic Designer for Ad Creative

About the role

We are looking for a self‑directed Graphic Designer who operates at the intersection of creative strategy and AI execution. You will own the end‑to‑end ad‑creative pipeline for roofing‑contractor clients, turning competitor insights into launch‑ready assets using our proven system.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape and analyse competitor ad libraries (e.g., Facebook Ad Library, AdRadar) to uncover high‑performing angles and structures.
• Recreate winning ads in client branding across 9×16 and 1×1 formats.
• Maintain and expand a Winning Ads Library, rebuilding proven creatives for each new client.
• Use AI image generation tools to produce brand‑accurate, polished creatives with minimal manual cleanup.
• Apply Claude for angle strategy, copywriting, prompt building and creative research.
• Run quality checks against brand standards before handing assets to the media‑buying team.
• Organise files, naming conventions and tasks in ClickUp.
• Self‑prioritise accounts weekly without direction.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Claude (beyond generic ChatGPT use).
• Proven ability to scrape intelligence from Facebook Ad Library or similar platforms.
• Background in lead‑generation or performance‑marketing creative.
• Strong market‑research instincts to understand why competitor ads succeed.
• Fast, independent executor who can follow SOPs with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for final polish and typography cleanup.
• Meticulous attention to brand accuracy (logos, colours, fonts).
• Experience working remotely in an async, fast‑moving agency environment.
