Andean Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Electrolux Group is seeking an Andean Supply Chain Manager to lead outbound logistics across the region. Based in Bogotá, you will drive operational excellence, cost optimisation and continuous improvement while aligning supply chain activities with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute outbound supply chain strategies to meet service level, efficiency and cost targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation and distribution, ensuring performance, governance and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety and operational standards for internal teams and external partners.
• Promote continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, automation and digital solutions such as WMS/TMS.
• Develop and engage high‑performing teams, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
• Manage stakeholder and customer relationships, oversee budgets, logistics costs and cost‑to‑serve optimisation.
• Participate in Lean Thinking projects (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Post‑graduate degree in Logistics, Operations or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics management.
