Architect (Revit) – Construction Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The role involves creating façade sections, wall typologies, and other technical drawings while ensuring compliance with building, zoning, and Department of Buildings standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings, primarily using Lumion.
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong, verifiable architectural or engineering background.
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
