B2B Appointment Setter & Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing outbound sales team focused on the US restaurant market. You will engage directly with restaurant owners, introduce our solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and decision‑makers in the United States.
• Present company services confidently and build rapport during conversations.
• Qualify leads, identify business opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and follow‑up with prospects as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets and adhere to campaign‑specific schedules.

Required profile

• Previous outbound B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling objections.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and maintain a professional phone presence.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.
