About the role
Logical Media Group is seeking a remote B2B Growth Marketing & Automation Manager to design and execute high‑impact, omni‑channel campaigns for its enterprise clients. The role will bridge account teams, sales, and marketing functions to drive measurable growth across the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional account teams to plan, launch, and optimise B2B marketing programmes aligned with client KPIs.
- Design and manage multi‑channel assets such as emails, forms, landing pages, and reports.
- Build custom multi‑channel dashboards and reporting processes to capture insights and demonstrate account success.
- Maintain data hygiene and oversee integrations between marketing and sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
- Identify target segments, develop loyalty and engagement programmes, and ensure ROI‑positive results.
- Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and risk mitigation.
- Support campaign planning, budgeting, timelines, and copywriting as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, growth, and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and account management teams.
- Detail‑oriented approach to data integrity and reporting.
