B2B Recruiter

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, remote‑first firm that connects top talent with leading law firms and professional service organisations. We are seeking a motivated B2B Recruiter to join our recruiting team, driving business development, candidate sourcing, and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Research law firms and professional organisations to identify hiring needs and decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain prospect databases; conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams and manage talent pipelines.
• Create and manage job postings, maintain ATS records and improve recruiting SOPs.
• Oversee new‑hire onboarding, ensure completion of documentation and support training schedules.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and client firms, delivering a high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, business development or sales.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and build relationships with corporate clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
