About the role
Join Arthur J. Gallagher as a Bilingual Customer Care Advisor in the fast‑paced claims department. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide claim status updates, and route calls to the appropriate claim staff while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers regarding claim information.
- Provide timely updates on claim statuses and forward calls to Resolution Managers or claims staff as needed.
- Research issues, educate customers and explore alternative solutions to prevent and defuse challenging situations.
Required profile
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑support role.
- Strong typing ability and basic computer knowledge.
- Availability to handle calls and work on claims‑related issues.
- Training will be delivered on‑site; work will be performed in a hybrid model.
