About the role
Sezzle is looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Agent who can communicate fluently in English and French. The role is fully remote and intended for candidates residing in Bogota, Colombia. You will join a fast‑growing fintech team, helping shoppers and merchants navigate interest‑free installment plans while delivering a friendly, empathetic support experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear, prompt, and courteous assistance to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot product usage issues and create concise, step‑by‑step instructions.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product and Development teams.
- Advocate for customers by identifying areas for product or process improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader support team to maintain a high‑quality service network.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced support environment.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take initiative.
