Bilingual Informatics Support Specialist – Healthcare IT

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Informatics Support Specialist to join our Clinical Informatics team in Medellín. The role provides operational support, reporting, and workflow optimisation for healthcare IT systems, ensuring smooth clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Informatics and healthcare operations teams with day‑to‑day issues.
• Prepare KPI reports, usage metrics and operational analytics.
• Assist in ServiceNow ticket triage and workflow management.
• Contribute to documentation optimisation and flowsheet reduction initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports, documentation and process materials.
• Coordinate small‑scale healthcare IT and informatics projects.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in Healthcare IT support, Clinical Informatics or a related field.
• Strong written English communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Epic or other EMR/EHR systems.
• Reporting and analytics tools for KPI and usage metrics.
• Understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical workflows.
