Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment across B2B channels. You will work closely with senior directors to expand our network of partner agents and promote enrolments for one of our universities or colleges located in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with Company Directors to design and execute sales and marketing strategies that attract international students.
• Develop new B2B education‑agent partnerships and nurture existing relationships.
• Represent the institution at industry events, fairs and digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting students for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the higher‑education sector, particularly with colleges or universities.
• Track record of creating business‑acquisition strategies for new and existing regions.
• Experience managing B2B education‑agent partnerships.
• Previous involvement in international student recruitment.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (professional level).
• Strong knowledge of student recruitment processes.
