About the role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to support a growing security monitoring company. This remote, full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:00 PM PST, and focuses on inside sales and account management rather than cold outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up on open estimates and warm opportunities to close deals.
  • Conduct email outreach to homeowners’ associations (HOAs) and contractors.
  • Keep client records and communications organized within the CRM.
  • Reconnect with past leads and inactive opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and updates.
  • Enhance client retention and overall customer experience.
  • Support business development and inside‑sales initiatives.

Required profile

  • Experience in business development, inside sales, account management, customer service, or client relations.
  • Strong follow‑up and communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset without being overly pushy.
  • Background in home services, security, construction, or similar industries is a plus.
