About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Specialist to expand patient referrals and create new revenue streams for a growing healthcare practice. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the social media team and practice leadership to drive B2C, B2B, and B2G initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and outreach to healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to generate new business.
- Nurture existing lead lists while continuously qualifying fresh referral opportunities.
- Represent the practice at online networking events and build strategic partnerships.
- Create marketing content for social media platforms and coordinate timely postings.
- Plan and execute B2C, B2B, and B2G marketing campaigns aligned with brand values.
- Propose and implement growth strategies that support long‑term objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing within healthcare or a service‑based industry.
- Strong verbal communication in professional English for client‑facing interactions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Personable, empathetic demeanor with a genuine passion for helping people.
- High level of professionalism and brand awareness.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a strong plus.
