Case Manager – Personal Injury (On-site, English Required)

About the role
Lawfficiency SAS is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support a U.S.-based law firm partner specializing in personal injury. The role is based 100% on‑site in Medellín and requires fluent English to interact with clients, attorneys and medical providers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers and insurance adjusters.
- Request, review and organize medical records, bills and other case documentation.
- Track case deadlines, follow up on outstanding items and ensure files are up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
