About the role
HireHawk is recruiting for a U.S. personal injury law firm seeking an experienced pre‑litigation case manager. You will independently manage personal injury cases from post‑intake through settlement and closing, working remotely with full autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Open insurance claims, communicate with carriers, and confirm policy limits.
- Coordinate medical treatment, gather records, bills, and other supporting documents.
- Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement progression, including policy‑limit tenders.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, insurers, and internal team members.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands‑on U.S. personal injury pre‑litigation case management experience.
- Proven ability to independently open, progress, settle, and close cases with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with insurance claim setup and policy‑limit verification.
- Knowledge of medical treatment coordination and record management.
