Cocinero – Food Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cocinero to join our food service team in Bogota. You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality meals that meet our standardized recipes and strict timing requirements, supporting our airport and airline catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee food delivery that meets all requested conditions, specifications, and established timelines.
• Follow the standardized recipes and adhere to the daily production schedule.
• Meet supervisor specifications for each assigned service point, from raw‑material ordering to finished‑product delivery.
• Deliver finished products to the operations area according to production requests.
• Handle raw materials, supplies, and equipment efficiently within the production centre, minimizing waste.
