About the role
We are looking for a passionate Cook (Cocinero) to join our airline catering team in Bogotá. As part of a company with 70 years of experience serving airlines, airports and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America, you will contribute to delivering high‑quality nutrition and gourmet meals that meet strict client standards and enhance travelers’ culinary experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver airline food services, nutrition, and gourmet lines according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with the scheduling sheet and follow all established activities.
- Meet the specifications and timelines set by the area supervisor, from raw material ordering to finished product delivery.
- Deliver finished products to the operations area as required by production requests.
- Handle raw materials, supplies and equipment efficiently within the production center, maintaining organoleptic conditions of all products.
