Commercial Finance Director

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Director to partner with Sales and Go‑to‑Market leadership. The role connects financial insights with commercial strategy to support planning and decision‑making in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting and long‑range financial planning.
• Build financial models and analyze revenue performance, pipeline and forecast variances.
• Partner with Sales leaders on commercial planning, pricing, productivity and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Accounting and Billing on revenue and commissions reporting.
• Present actionable financial insights to business and finance leadership.
• Lead and develop one direct report while improving reporting and analysis through automation and AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of finance experience, including commercial or GTM‑focused finance.
• Advanced English (C1) and professional Spanish proficiency, spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
