About the role
Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Director to partner with Sales and Go‑to‑Market leadership. The role connects financial insights with commercial strategy to support planning and decision‑making in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting and long‑range financial planning.
- Build financial models and analyze revenue performance, pipeline and forecast variances.
- Partner with Sales leaders on commercial planning, pricing, productivity and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Accounting and Billing on revenue and commissions reporting.
- Present actionable financial insights to business and finance leadership.
- Lead and develop one direct report while improving reporting and analysis through automation and AI tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 6+ years of finance experience, including commercial or GTM‑focused finance.
- Advanced English (C1) and professional Spanish proficiency, spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
