About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead our sales initiatives across aviation, airport, and culinary services in Latin America. You will be part of a dynamic team that values talent, focus, and discipline while delivering high‑quality solutions to airlines and airports.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue in the aviation and culinary sectors.
Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify market trends and new business opportunities across 21 countries.
Lead and mentor a multicultural sales team to achieve targets.
Collaborate with operational units to align service delivery with commercial goals.

Required profile

Proven experience in commercial or sales management, preferably within aviation, airport, or hospitality services.
Strong understanding of multicultural and multilingual business environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Leadership mindset with a focus on results and team development.
