About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead our sales initiatives across aviation, airport, and culinary services in Latin America. You will be part of a dynamic team that values talent, focus, and discipline while delivering high‑quality solutions to airlines and airports.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue in the aviation and culinary sectors.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities across 21 countries.
  • Lead and mentor a multicultural sales team to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with operational units to align service delivery with commercial goals.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in commercial or sales management, preferably within aviation, airport, or hospitality services.
  • Strong understanding of multicultural and multilingual business environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Leadership mindset with a focus on results and team development.
