Communications Specialist, Food LATAM

About the role

The Communications Specialist for Food LATAM will design and execute internal and external communication strategies that support Food Colombia and the broader LATAM organization. This role enhances employee engagement, promotes the employer brand, and safeguards the company’s reputation across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual communication plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and stakeholders to drive employee engagement, change communications, and leadership messaging.
• Create compelling content and storytelling for commercial achievements, sustainability, innovation, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage communication channels such as SharePoint, newsletters, and distribution lists, ensuring consistent branding.
• Support reputation management by monitoring risks and coordinating response communications.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to ensure alignment across geographies and measure communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate, internal or external communications.
• Advanced English proficiency and native‑level fluency.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and overall communication abilities.
• Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder, project and collaboration management skills across functions and regions.
