Content and Community Specialist

About the role

ArchitectureNow Agency, the creative division of ArchitectureNow, helps architecture, design and construction brands tell their stories through digital creativity, with a community of over 3.3M followers worldwide. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Content and Community Specialist based in Colombia. The role plans, creates and publishes content across social media and digital channels in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, while managing community interactions and fostering conversations with followers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across social media and digital channels aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage followers and partners
• Coordinate content calendars and collaborate with designers and strategists
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to grow and engage the audience
• Stay current with digital and design trends, contribute ideas for campaigns and support brand storytelling initiatives

Required profile

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills for social media, blogs and digital platforms
• Experience in community management, audience engagement and handling online interactions professionally
• Ability to collaborate with creative and strategy teams, manage content calendars and prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency is highly valued
• Familiarity with architecture, design or visual culture, or a strong interest in them
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, creative environment in Colombia
• Relevant education or experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design or a related field is preferred
