Corporate Agreement Manager

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Corporate Agreement Manager to lead the formation and ongoing management of corporate agreements for a portfolio of strategic customers. You will act as the single point of contact, shaping global discount strategies, commercial terms, and incentives while ensuring seamless execution across sales, legal, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive a data‑driven commercial strategy for selected strategic customers.
• Lead global negotiation strategy, collaborating with sales, department leaders, industry directors, and senior executives.
• Create and maintain customer‑specific global discounts, commercial terms, and incentives within signed contracts.
• Provide clear guidance to sales, departments, and operations to ensure timely and accurate customer‑facing communications.
• Utilize industry‑specific data from business systems to build discount models using the Corporate Agreement toolset.
• Communicate Rockwell Automation’s value proposition and market position to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret industry data for commercial modeling.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and discount strategy development.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to act as a single point of contact and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
