Country Manager – Colombia

About the role

Net2Source is seeking a Country Manager for Colombia to lead the company’s expansion and operational excellence in the region. The role combines strategic business development, P&L ownership, and delivery of workforce‑solution services such as contingent staffing, RPO, SOW, payroll and near‑shore delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Net2Source’s full P&L in Colombia, including financial planning, revenue forecasting and profitability targets.
• Expand the portfolio of services (contingent staffing, RPO, SOW, payroll, near‑shore) and drive enterprise‑level client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor legislation, employment regulations and statutory payroll requirements.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high‑performing sales, delivery and operations teams.
• Represent Net2Source at industry events, associations and business forums to raise brand visibility.
• Collaborate with LATAM and global leadership to align country strategy with corporate goals.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience, including senior leadership in staffing, operations or business management.
• Minimum 7 years of proven success in workforce‑solutions (contingent, RPO, SOW, MSP, payroll).
• Demonstrated experience managing country‑level P&L, budgets and operational KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of Colombian labor laws and established professional network in the market.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Business English.
• Strong executive communication and enterprise client management skills.
