CRM Campaign Associate Manager (Marketing)

About the role

The Associate Manager, Campaign Programming will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, mobile push and SMS. You will use data‑driven strategies to improve customer engagement and translate business objectives into channel‑ready requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coding, approval and deployment of daily, monthly and ad‑hoc campaigns across multiple channels.
• Provide strategic thought leadership for testing, measurement and optimisation, turning insights into scalable best practices.
• Act as subject‑matter expert in Marketing Cloud and/or Braze, handling audience selection, trigger qualifications, suppressions, segmentation and arbitration.
• Own the testing and optimisation backlog, prioritise initiatives and keep stakeholders updated.
• Use SQL to build, validate and document audience segmentation and collaborate with data teams to improve targeting logic.
• Establish QA standards, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive controls.
• Develop and govern email/channel best practices, including compatibility, accessibility and rendering.
• Create reusable AMPscript or dynamic content patterns to personalise campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL, marketing automation, HTML and campaign management.
• Proficiency in project management, programmatic advertising, data analysis, CSS and audience segmentation.
• Fully fluent English.
