Customer Partner – Incentive Leadership Role

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a senior Customer Partner to drive growth and profitability for its most valuable accounts. You will act as the strategic architect of the relationship, working directly with C‑suite executives to deliver innovative, technology‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies that expand scope, generate new opportunities, and retain high‑value customers.
• Own the full P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Build deep executive alliances and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with external firms to strengthen go‑to‑market pipelines and win new deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end sales processes and account P&L.
• Strong understanding of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Track record of revenue growth, cost management, and profitability analysis.
• Open‑minded, empathetic approach to customer relationships.
