Customer Project Manager 1

About the role

The Customer Project Manager will lead IT infrastructure projects for our clients, ensuring delivery from initiation through to completion. This role requires strong project management expertise, the ability to handle complex workstreams, and flexibility to work weekends when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects of medium to high complexity lasting more than six months.
• Independently handle tracks, workstreams, or entire projects within larger programs or portfolios.
• Develop project schedules, financial plans, resource allocations, and material requirements.
• Resolve escalated project issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate weekend activities for maintenance, migration, or escalation handling as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in comparable industries.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage medium and complex projects independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for escalated issues.
• College or university degree or equivalent.
