Customer Service Advisor (Trilingual: English/French/Spanish)

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our multilingual support team. You will interact with customers in English, French and Spanish, helping them find the right certifications, learning resources and providing basic technical assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email or chat, identifying needs and offering clear information.
- Explain available certifications and learning pathways that match customer questions.
- Provide basic technical support, such as troubleshooting email issues and guiding users through platform navigation.
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Follow company procedures and service standards to maintain high‑quality support.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Professional, clear and objective language style.
