About the role
Sezzle is looking for a remote Customer Service Agent based in Bogota, Colombia. You will help customers succeed by troubleshooting issues, providing clear instructions, and delivering empathetic support across email, live chat and phone.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve basic to complex questions about using Sezzle’s interest‑free installment service.
- Document solutions and create clear, concise guidance for customers.
- Gather feedback on product usage and relay insights to Product and Development teams.
- Advocate for customers by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced customer support environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dependable, resourceful and passionate about helping customers succeed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in handling email, phone and live‑chat support channels.
