DevOps Engineer (Azure) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a DevOps Engineer specialized in Microsoft Azure to streamline delivery of cloud‑native applications and automate enterprise infrastructure. The role bridges development teams and Azure operations, ensuring high‑performance, secure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated deployment workflows using Azure DevOps Pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
• Architect and manage cloud‑native infrastructure, including AKS clusters and serverless functions, via Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement robust identity management and access controls with Entra ID to secure cloud resources.
• Develop scalable automation scripts with Bicep and Terraform to standardize environment provisioning.
• Configure comprehensive monitoring and alerting for all Azure services to optimize system visibility.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven expertise in managing and automating Azure services such as AKS, App Service, and Functions.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Strong understanding of Azure identity management with Entra ID and cloud monitoring practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
