Mobile AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Mobile AI Engineer at BairesDev, you will create AI‑native Android applications from concept to production. You will work autonomously on new products, leveraging Kotlin and cutting‑edge multi‑agent AI frameworks in a fast‑moving, experiment‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI‑native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open‑source solutions.
• Drive development from product requirements (1‑pager or PRD) through to production delivery.
• Explore unfamiliar codebases and contribute to web or backend components when needed.
• Participate in multiple concurrent product initiatives, delivering net‑new features.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalents).
• Product‑engineering mindset: self‑directed, comfortable working from brief specifications without extensive guidance.
• Ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases across the full stack.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
