Digital Advertising Specialist

About the role

The Digital Advertising Specialist will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta platforms. The goal is to generate qualified leads while minimising CPL, CPA and CAC, using data provided by the analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns on Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
• Segment campaigns by city, region, audience profile, program, device and schedule, including LinkedIn targeting by job title, industry and company size.
• Conduct keyword research, define match types and maintain negative keyword lists.
• Create ad copy and creatives such as RSAs, extensions, Lead Gen Forms and short‑form videos.
• Apply strategies like remarketing, look‑alike audiences, ABM on LinkedIn, funnel‑stage and seasonal campaigns, and run A/B tests.
• Manage daily budget within the allocated cap and adjust based on performance.
• Analyze data provided by the analytics team and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns with a budget.
• Bachelor’s or technologist degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
