Digital Growth & Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for an innovative, data‑driven Digital Growth & Content Strategist to lead and expand our multi‑channel online presence. You will own end‑to‑end digital media initiatives, from concept through execution, while collaborating with international teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram, turning projects and services into engaging posts, case studies, and visual assets.
• Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile, conduct SEO and keyword research, and support website and landing‑page updates to improve organic visibility and lead capture.
• Research and qualify B2B prospects (contractors, developers, architects, etc.) and track public and private bid opportunities.
• Support targeted email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Create and edit digital assets with Canva and basic photo/video tools.
• Monitor performance across social, search, website, and email channels, maintaining accurate data in the CRM.
• Prepare concise performance reports, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience with a focus on B2B lead generation.
• Proven ability to manage LinkedIn and Instagram accounts and develop content aligned with brand messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and self‑direction skills for remote work.
