Digital Marketing Lead (Hybrid) – Medellín

About the role

Nassau National Cable (NNC) seeks a Digital Marketing Lead who will own the full performance engine—from strategy and paid acquisition to automation and reporting. This hands‑on leadership position ties marketing directly to revenue and pipeline targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the end‑to‑end digital growth roadmap aligned with revenue and demand‑generation goals.
• Own the performance engine, including strategy, execution, and reporting for B2B lead generation.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, managing budget allocation and ROAS targets.
• Drive organic and paid search (SEO/SEM) strategy, keyword planning, content alignment, and performance reporting.
• Architect nurture flows, scoring models, and lifecycle campaigns across the CRM and marketing automation stack.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable decisions for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading digital growth strategies with measurable pipeline, CAC, ROAS, and conversion results.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with required accreditation.
• Active U.S. visa for occasional strategic travel.
• Based in Medellín and available for a hybrid work model.

Required skills

• Hands‑on command of paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads.
• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Marketing automation tools and workflow automation.
• Use of AI tools applied to marketing workflows.
• Cold email campaign creation, deliverability management, and conversion optimization.
