About the role

Emapta is looking for a senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2B demand generation and paid media initiatives across global markets. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive measurable pipeline growth for our enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and lead paid digital marketing strategy on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, creative messaging, bid management and landing‑page optimization.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends and continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Develop integrated demand‑generation programs that align with revenue targets and ABM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless handoff to sales.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Leadership experience managing paid‑media specialists or digital marketing teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for reporting and lifecycle management.
