Product Marketing Manager – Video Surveillance & Integrations

About the role

Hanwha Vision Latin America is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape regional product positioning and grow the technology partner ecosystem across Latin America. You will translate complex video‑surveillance capabilities into clear market value, support sales teams with compelling messaging, and drive integrated solution adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define regional product positioning, value propositions, and vertical market use cases.
• Create sales enablement materials such as solution briefs, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
• Support product launches and regional go‑to‑market execution.
• Collect and structure customer and field feedback for HQ product management.
• Lead and expand the Technology Partner Program, building relationships with software, AI, cloud, hardware, and integration partners.
• Organise webinars, industry events, and ecosystem presentations.
• Act as the liaison between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Marketing Technology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product, solutions or technical marketing, or partner management within technology industries.
• Experience in video surveillance, AI vision, security systems or technology integrations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
