Digital Project Manager

About the role

Omnicom Production LATAM is looking for a hands‑on Digital Project Manager to drive the execution of digital work for global brands. You will ensure projects move smoothly from brief to delivery, maintaining clarity, structure, and consistency across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from intake through launch across web, display, CRM, social, landing pages, and modular content.
• Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Coordinate designers, developers, production artists, and QA teams.
• Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and approvals.
• Flag risks, missing information, and timeline issues early.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and on‑time delivery of all assets.
• Maintain clear documentation and project status communication.

Required profile

• Experience in digital project management or digital production, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (creative, technical, production).
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over delivery.
• Confidence handling timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communication.
• Professional English for day‑to‑day collaboration with global teams.
