Senior Project Manager – Creative Projects

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager – Creative, you will lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery. You will partner with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to bring ambitious ideas to life on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and post‑mortem.
• Translate creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving the original vision.
• Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, technology, and account teams.
• Drive meetings, reviews, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned, engaged, and focused.
• Anticipate risks and blockers, resolving issues proactively with diplomacy and problem‑solving.
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and effective collaboration.
• Maintain transparent documentation including timelines, status reports, budgets, and key learnings.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enable creative teams to do their best work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments.
• Familiarity with creative and production workflows such as concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, and asset delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+) with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• A flexible, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented producer mindset.
