About the role

We are looking for a full‑time E‑Commerce Email Marketing Manager to own the email strategy and execution for multiple direct‑to‑consumer brands within a fast‑growing marketing agency. The role is fully remote and works closely with founders, designers, copywriters and paid‑media teams to integrate email into each brand’s growth plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategy across several e‑commerce brands.
  • Build, launch and optimise lifecycle flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, replenishment and promotional automations.
  • Plan and manage campaign calendars around product launches, promotions and seasonal events.
  • Analyse performance metrics (revenue, CTR, CVR, deliverability, retention) and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, messaging and send timing.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high‑performing, on‑brand email campaigns.
  • Maintain Klaviyo accounts and related ESP tools, monitor list health, segmentation and deliverability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

Required profile

  • 2–5+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce email marketing experience.
  • Deep experience with Klaviyo (required).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through lifecycle and retention email programs.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization and automation strategies.
  • Comfortable analysing data and making performance‑based recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Must be English‑speaking and have a reliable computer with high‑speed internet.
