Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to foster a positive, compliant workplace by handling employee relations matters, advising managers, and ensuring consistent application of policies and labor regulations. This role is essential for maintaining healthy workplace relationships, conducting investigations, and supporting performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations and workplace issues.
• Manage employee relations cases through the internal ticketing system.
• Coordinate and conduct disciplinary meetings, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and labor regulations consistently.
• Partner with HR leadership and legal teams on compliance matters.
• Support and manage the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cases, investigations, and resolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related HR function.
• Experience managing disciplinary processes, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
