About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our fast‑moving team. You will work remotely, handling inbound and outbound calls to promote our products and services while delivering top‑notch customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential and existing customers in English.
- Gather, update, and maintain accurate customer information.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our offerings.
- Collaborate with teammates to refine scripts and call strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and product knowledge to answer inquiries confidently.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or phone‑based sales.
- Strong communication and closing abilities.
- Self‑starter with a “get things done” attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating online.
