About the role
Job Duck is seeking a proactive Executive Operations Assistant to support high‑level leaders in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. This fully remote, full‑time position ensures daily operations run smoothly through effective calendar management, clear communication, and strong task execution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Monitor executive inboxes, handle communications, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel logistics and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Support planning and execution of key business sessions and recurring meetings.
- Draft and organize internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate data and workflows within CRM systems.
- Manage tasks and deadlines using project‑management tools.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Strong English proficiency with professional written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow‑through and accountability.
- Reliable remote work setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet).
- Quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with project‑management software.
