Executive Search Recruiter - Engineering Professionals

A remote Executive Search Recruiter is sought to recruit senior and specialized engineering professionals, particularly in electrical engineering and related fields. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, builds relationships with high-level talent and attracts hard-to-reach candidates. Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized and senior-level engineering positions, especially electrical engineering.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, direct sourcing, cold calling and other channels.
• Hold consultative conversations to understand candidates' career goals and position opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines of high-performing engineering professionals.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage several open requisitions while focusing on placements, revenue generation and individual billing targets.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations and drive placements through to completion.

Required profile

• Bilingual, well-spoken, with B2+/C1 English.
• 2-3 years of experience in executive search, consultative or specialized recruitment within a recruitment agency or search firm in the US market.
• Experience recruiting engineering professionals, ideally electrical engineers or other highly specialized technical profiles.
• Proven track record of successful placements and revenue generation.

• Strong headhunting, sourcing and cold-calling skills, confident engaging passive candidates.
• Consultative and commercially driven mindset, able to influence candidates and sell opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple active requisitions.
